The chart is right about the game. It is wrong about him.
Equilibrium is a defence. It assumes the man across from you is also playing it. At your tables he is not — and every chip he leaves on the table is a chip your strategy is choosing not to take.
Governor plays the deviation. Not a preset profile you tagged three weeks ago — what he is doing tonight, in this session, updated hand by hand.
The 3-bet that means two different things
Same board, same holding, same price. One 3-bet comes from a player who has three-bet twice in forty hands; the other from a player doing it for the third time this orbit. Your chart gives one answer. Governor gives two, and tells you which read it is acting on.
When the table turns
The quiet seat starts opening. The station stops calling. Table dynamics shift inside a session and the shift is worth money in both directions. Governor moves with it instead of averaging it away.
Reads that expire
A profile built last week is a guess about tonight. Governor weighs what it has actually seen, and it will tell you when it has not seen enough — instead of dressing a small sample as a read.
The number that decides
One line, one size, one reason.
Not a range of frequencies to interpret under the clock. Governor commits: this action, this amount, and the margin it wins by. If two lines are close it says they are close, and it tells you what tips it.
It picks money, not correctness
The highest-frequency play and the highest-EV play are not always the same hand. Where they part, Governor takes the money and says so — and where it deliberately gives up EV to protect your stack, it says that too.
The size you can actually click
Two thirds of a 214.7 pot is not an answer. Governor gives the number your table will accept, at the depth you are actually at, within the rules of the room.
The leak your solver cannot see
Every solve you own was run rake-free.
You know this already: the pot in the solve is not the pot you get paid. The house takes its cut off the top, and it takes it from the exact decisions your edge lives in — the thin ones.

Where it actually bites
A call that breaks even pre-rake is a losing call. Multiply that by the number of borderline spots you take in a month and the number stops being academic. Nothing in your solve output flags it.
Your table, not the average table
Stakes move it. Table size moves it. Some clubs run tables that take nothing at all. A strategy tuned for the average is wrong at every specific one — including yours.
Four tables, one clock each
An answer after the fold is a study note.
Every tool you have ever used for this was fast enough when you had one table open and nothing else happening. The question is what it does on the fourth table, at the end of a six-hour session, on a laptop running on battery.
Governor answers while the decision is still yours. Not on average — on the hand where the timer is already amber and the pot is the biggest one of the night.
The tail is what costs you, not the average
Anything is quick most of the time. What matters is the one spot in a hundred where it is not, because that is the spot you time out of — and it is never the small pot.
The same speed on your machine as on ours
Two Macs, two rooms, two sessions: the answer arrives the same way. A tool whose speed depends on what else you happen to have open is a tool you cannot plan around.
It holds the panel until you are done with it
It does not blink away mid-thought, and it does not leave a stale answer up after the street has changed. When the spot it was answering stops existing, it says so and gets out of your way.
Why you can put money behind it
It never sounds sure. It either is, or it says so.
There is no AI in Governor and nothing was trained on anything. That is not a boast about how it is built — it is the only reason its answer is worth your stack. A trained model is at its most convincing exactly when it is wrong, and you find out on the river.
Every number here can be walked back to the count it came from. Disagree with one and you can find where you disagree, which is the difference between a tool you can argue with and a tip you either take or ignore.
The same spot answers the same way
Twice, tomorrow, at four in the morning after a losing session. Your own reads drift with your mood and your last three hands; this does not, which is what makes it worth having beside you exactly when you are least reliable.
It has no opinions, only counting
It does not think your hand looks strong. It counts what beats you, what you beat, what he folds and what it costs — and stops there.
When it does not know, it does not invent
Window buried, room it does not recognise, a card it could not read — you get told. There is no fallback that quietly makes something up to fill the panel.
